बिहार के मेडिकल कॉलेजों और अस्पतालों में 500 से ज़्यादा सीनियर रेजिडेंट और ट्यूटर पदों के लिए भर्तियाँ हो रही हैं। चुने गए उम्मीदवारों को ₹1.15 लाख से ज़्यादा का मासिक वेतन मिलेगा। BCECEB ने आधिकारिक विज्ञापन जारी कर दिया है और विभिन्न मेडिकल विषयों में तीन साल के पैनल के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन मांगे हैं। आवेदकों को संबंधित विषय में पोस्टग्रेजुएट डिग्री की ज़रूरत होगी, और एनाटॉमी और फिजियोलॉजी जैसे गैर-मेडिकल विषयों के लिए विशेष योग्यताएँ चाहिए होंगी। लिखित परीक्षा के बिना, शैक्षणिक योग्यता और पात्रता के आधार पर चयन किया जाएगा।
