HC allows woman to join Muslim husband

The Allahabad high court has allowed a 26-year-old Ghaziabad woman to live with her Muslim husband, Akbar Khan, after she alleged her father confined her. Justice Sandeep Jain ruled that an adult has the fundamental right to choose their life partner and live according to their wishes, irrespective of parental objections. The court directed police to provide security to the couple and ordered family members not to interfere in their matrimonial life.

हाई कोर्ट ने पत्नी को मुस्लिम पति के साथ रहने की इजाजत दी

इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने गाजियाबाद की 26 साल की एक महिला को उसके मुस्लिम पति अकबर खान के साथ रहने की इजाजत दे दी है। महिला ने आरोप लगाया था कि उसके पिता ने उसे कैद कर रखा था। जस्टिस संदीप जैन ने कहा कि बालिग होने के नाते किसी को भी अपना जीवनसाथी चुनने और माता-पिता की मर्जी के खिलाफ भी अपनी इच्छा से जीने का मौलिक अधिकार है।
