Brookfield India Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) reported a significant 51 per cent year-on-year increase in net operating income, reaching ₹767.2 crore in the first quarter of FY27. This growth was propelled by robust leasing activity, including 1.6 million square feet leased during the quarter, and a committed occupancy rate of 93 per cent. Global capability centres were the primary drivers of leasing, accounting for 51 per cent of the total. The REIT's strategy focuses on sustained value delivery to unitholders through disciplined execution and a strong pipeline of assets.
