सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कर्नाटक के उपसभापति की याचिका खारिज की

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कर्नाटक विधान परिषद के उपसभापति की वोट की गिनती पर याचिका खारिज कर दी है। चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया सूर्यकांत की अगुवाई वाली तीन जजों की बेंच ने इस अपील पर सुनवाई की। इस फैसले से विधायी निकायों में चुनावी प्रक्रियाओं की निष्पक्षता बनी रहेगी।
