The employee, Julie Mayes, raised concerns about her boss, Matthew Gibbs, who allegedly shouted, swore, and behaved aggressively towards staff and volunteers. During a confrontation, Gibbs screamed "I am the CEO" in Mayes' face. She was later dismissed for gross misconduct after trustees suspected her of trying to remove management. The tribunal found her dismissal unfair, ordering the compensation payment.
