India Housing Sales Rebound In Q3 2026

India's residential real estate market showed a rebound in the third quarter of 2026, with housing sales across the top seven cities increasing by 3% year-on-year to over 100,000 units. This growth occurred despite geopolitical uncertainty and economic pressures, following several quarters of decline. The total value of housing sales also rose by 2% year-on-year to approximately ₹1.55 trillion. Concurrently, the office sector maintained its growth momentum, with leasing activity up by 9% year-on-year.

भारत के आवासीय रियल एस्टेट बाज़ार में 2026 की तीसरी तिमाही में उछाल देखा गया। टॉप 7 शहरों में घरों की बिक्री पिछले साल की तुलना में 3% बढ़कर 100,000 यूनिट से ज़्यादा हो गई। भू-राजनीतिक अनिश्चितता और आर्थिक दबावों के बावजूद यह बढ़ोतरी हुई, जो कई तिमाहियों की गिरावट के बाद आई है। घरों की बिक्री का कुल मूल्य भी पिछले साल के मुकाबले 2% बढ़कर करीब ₹1.55 ट्रिलियन हो गया। इसी दौरान, ऑफिस सेक्टर ने भी अपनी ग्रोथ बनाए रखी, जिसमें लीजिंग एक्टिविटी पिछले साल की तुलना में 9% बढ़ गई।
