Ishan Kishan will miss the third T20 International against New Zealand as a precautionary measure due to a right adductor strain. The 28-year-old wicketkeeper-batter suffered the injury during the series opener last week. He also missed the second T20I, with Vaibhav Sooryavanshi replacing him. Uncapped wicketkeeper-batter Kumar Kushagra has been added to the squad as cover. India currently leads the five-match series 2-0.
