The Delhi High Court has firmly rejected a plea for IIT admission based on personal academic or technical difficulties. A student, Aashi Agarwal, sought admission to IIT Delhi, alleging errors in the evaluation of JEE Main questions and claiming she missed the cut-off for JEE Advanced. The court dismissed the petition, stating that factual disputes like technical glitches and audit logs cannot be examined in a writ petition.
