BRS Alleges Telangana Govt Mortgaged 817 Acres of Land for ₹10,000 Crore

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader Manne Krishank has accused the Telangana government of raising ₹10,000 crore by mortgaging 817 acres of valuable government land. He questioned the valuation of land in prime Hyderabad areas, citing an aggregate market value of approximately ₹12,818.63 crore. Krishank demanded transparency regarding the land transaction details, valuation reports, and the source of the HMDA funds, which reportedly surged from ₹275 crore to ₹10,000 crore in three months. He stressed that public assets should not be pledged without informing the people.

भारत राष्ट्र समिति (BRS) के नेता मन्ने कृष्णंक ने तेलंगाना सरकार पर 817 एकड़ की कीमती सरकारी जमीन गिरवी रखकर ₹10,000 करोड़ जुटाने का आरोप लगाया है। उन्होंने हैदराबाद के प्राइम इलाकों में जमीन के मूल्यांकन पर सवाल उठाया, जिसका अनुमानित बाजार मूल्य लगभग ₹12,818.63 करोड़ है। कृष्णंक ने जमीन सौदे के विवरण, मूल्यांकन रिपोर्ट और HMDA फंड के स्रोत के बारे में पारदर्शिता की मांग की, जो कथित तौर पर तीन महीनों में ₹275 करोड़ से बढ़कर ₹10,000 करोड़ हो गए। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि जनता की संपत्ति को लोगों को सूचित किए बिना गिरवी नहीं रखा जाना चाहिए।
