Rapper 50 Cent purchased the estate from Tyson's ex-wife in 2003 for $4.1 million, a record sale in Farmington at the time. After investing millions in renovations and using it for his recording studio, 50 Cent sold the property for $2.9 million in 2019. The sprawling estate sits on approximately 17.6 acres and features extensive entertainment and recreation facilities, including a former disco and theatre.
