The deceased include two businessman brothers, Mohit Gupta and Ankit Gupta, and Kunal Srivastava. Rose Gupta was critically injured and is receiving treatment. Police have detained eight suspects, including the main accused Kaushal Gupta and two others, and recovered firearms. The clash reportedly began when Mohit and Ankit confronted Kaushal's family over the donation accounts, leading to a physical altercation and subsequent shooting.
