जदयू के राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष संजय कुमार झा ने कहा कि पार्टी के फैसले सामूहिक सहमति से लिए जाते हैं, जिसमें बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार की अंतिम मुहर लगती है। यह स्पष्टीकरण विधायक अनंत सिंह और उनकी पत्नी नीलम देवी को छह साल के लिए निष्कासित करने और सिंह की विधानसभा सदस्यता रद्द करने की सिफारिश करने के पार्टी के फैसले के बाद आया है। जदयू ने उन पर बिहार विधान परिषद चुनावों के दौरान पार्टी के आधिकारिक उम्मीदवार के बजाय विपक्षी उम्मीदवार का समर्थन करने का आरोप लगाया है। जदयू के पत्र के आधार पर अध्यक्ष मामले की समीक्षा कर रहे हैं।
