The Ministry of Cooperation has launched a new audit reporting framework for multi-state cooperative societies, aiming to enhance financial oversight and detect irregularities. This standardized system, known as MSCARO, 2026, will assess financial, administrative, and governance parameters, enabling early detection of financial stress and safeguarding members' funds. Auditors will report on NPAs, loans, liquidity, and compliance, with data integrated into the CRCS Portal for technology-driven monitoring. The framework also includes risk-based supervision and verification of cybersecurity and anti-money laundering measures.

सहकारिता मंत्रालय ने मल्टी-स्टेट कोऑपरेटिव सोसाइटीज के लिए एक नया ऑडिट रिपोर्टिंग ढांचा लॉन्च किया है, जिसका लक्ष्य वित्तीय निगरानी बढ़ाना और अनियमितताओं का पता लगाना है। MSCARO, 2026 के नाम से जाना जाने वाला यह मानकीकृत सिस्टम वित्तीय, प्रशासनिक और शासन मापदंडों का आकलन करेगा, जिससे वित्तीय तनाव का शीघ्र पता लगाया जा सकेगा और सदस्यों के धन की सुरक्षा हो सकेगी। ऑडिटर NPA, ऋण, तरलता और अनुपालन पर रिपोर्ट करेंगे, जिसमें डेटा को प्रौद्योगिकी-संचालित निगरानी के लिए CRCS पोर्टल में एकीकृत किया जाएगा। इस ढांचे में जोखिम-आधारित पर्यवेक्षण और साइबर सुरक्षा और मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग विरोधी उपायों के सत्यापन भी शामिल हैं।
