The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a petition next week that raises doubts about decisions made by Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Senior advocate Vikas Singh argued that Election Commission decisions must be unanimous or by majority, and expressed concern over whether this is happening. This comes amid reports that two Election Commissioners formally objected to numerous decisions over the past 10 months.
