Kerala Police Partner With Cyber Firm To Boost Cybercrime Investigations

The Kerala Police are set to enhance their cybercrime investigation capabilities through a new three-year agreement with cybersecurity company Cyble. This collaboration will provide access to crucial threat intelligence, including details on stolen credentials, ransomware attacks, data leaks, and online fraud. The initiative aims to support the police's cyber operations wing and Cyberdome in identifying and tackling emerging cyber threats. Officers will also receive specialized training in open-source intelligence and dark web investigations, with joint research planned on AI-enabled fraud and deepfakes to better protect citizens.
