Ex-CI Nagaraju Seeks Default Bail in Saikrishna Disappearance Case

Former CI SSVV Nagaraju has approached the High Court seeking default bail in the Gade Saikrishna disappearance case. He is challenging a lower court's decision to deny him bail, arguing that the investigation was still ongoing. The High Court has issued notices to the SIT and the complainant, Gade Vijayalakshmi, who is Sai Krishna's mother. The court has adjourned the hearing until after the Dasara vacation, impleading Vijayalakshmi as a respondent in the petition. Nagaraju's counsel argued that the lower court erred in its judgment.
