Delhi Police have arrested three leaders of the CJP – Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka, and Ajinkya Shinde – for trespassing at Jantar Mantar. The leaders were attempting to enter the protest site by climbing over a gate. Their arrest is considered preventive, and they are scheduled to be presented in court today,. This action follows a previous incident where Das and Ranka were granted bail with strict conditions, which the police may argue have been violated. The court's decision will be closely watched.
