Kenya has confirmed a second Ebola case, a 39-year-old man who is a close relative of the country's first victim. The new patient was already in quarantine when he fell ill, improving his chances of recovery and limiting further spread. The first case, a 40-year-old businessman, died on October 5 after travelling from the Democratic Republic of Congo through Uganda to Kenya undetected. Officials have identified 128 contacts of the first victim, with 113 now located and 108 in quarantine. The ministry urged the public to remain calm but vigilant.
