Duval County Public Schools has approved a third agreement to sell its five-acre riverfront headquarters, this time for $15.13 million with Ashco Inc. This follows two previous failed attempts, including a $20 million offer in 2025 and a $17.2 million deal that collapsed. The latest agreement enters a due-diligence period, after which a sale could take up to three years to close. The sale of the property, located in a prominent Jacksonville area, could pave the way for significant redevelopment including hotels and condominiums.
