The Calcutta High Court has refused to grant relief to a man from North 24 Parganas whose Bangladeshi wife and Indian son were denied entry into India. Authorities found the wife possessed fake voter ID, Aadhaar, and PAN cards, despite being on a spouse visa. The court upheld the Foreigners Regional Registration Office's decision, stating the wife could not be allowed entry without a valid visa.

कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट ने उत्तर 24 परगना के एक व्यक्ति को राहत देने से इनकार कर दिया है, जिसकी बांग्लादेशी पत्नी और भारतीय बेटे को भारत में प्रवेश से मना कर दिया गया था। अधिकारियों को पता चला कि पत्नी के पास स्पॉउस वीजा पर होने के बावजूद नकली वोटर आईडी, आधार और पैन कार्ड थे। कोर्ट ने फॉरेनर्स रीजनल रजिस्ट्रेशन ऑफिस के फैसले को बरकरार रखा और कहा कि पत्नी को वैध वीजा के बिना प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं दी जा सकती।
