Lucknow Drug Market Action: 14 Licenses Cancelled, 29 Suspended

FSDA has taken strict action against 44 establishments in Lucknow's Aminabad drug market for selling fake medicines and engaging in fraudulent billing. Fourteen firms, including Health Plus and MK Pharma, have had their drug licenses permanently cancelled. Additionally, 29 other firms have had their licenses suspended, preventing them from buying or selling medicines during the suspension period. Five more firms have received show-cause notices, with their final decisions pending.

FSDA ने लखनऊ के अमीनाबाद ड्रग मार्केट में नकली दवाएं बेचने और धोखाधड़ी वाले बिल बनाने के आरोप में 44 प्रतिष्ठानों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की है। हेल्थ प्लस और एमके फार्मा सहित 14 फर्मों के दवा लाइसेंस स्थायी रूप से रद्द कर दिए गए हैं। इसके अलावा, 29 अन्य फर्मों के लाइसेंस निलंबित कर दिए गए हैं, जिससे वे निलंबन अवधि के दौरान दवाएं खरीद या बेच नहीं सकेंगी। पांच और फर्मों को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया गया है, जिनके अंतिम निर्णय लंबित हैं।
