Lucknow Wellness City Plots To Cost Over ₹5,500 Per Sq Ft

Plots in Lucknow's upcoming Wellness City are expected to be priced at over ₹5,500 per square foot, nearly double the rates of some existing Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) housing schemes. The 485-hectare project, planned as a specialised healthcare and wellness destination, will span seven villages. LDA secretary Sushil Pratap Singh cited the project's location near the Green Corridor and development costs for the higher pricing. This proposed rate is also higher than other upcoming schemes like Saumitra Vihar and LDA's own Varun Vihar, Anant Nagar, and Naimish Nagar projects.

लखनऊ की आने वाली वेलनेस सिटी में प्लॉट की कीमत ₹5,500 प्रति वर्ग फुट से ज़्यादा रहने की उम्मीद है, जो मौजूदा लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण (LDA) की कुछ हाउसिंग स्कीमों की दरों से लगभग दोगुनी है। 485 हेक्टेयर की यह परियोजना, जिसे एक विशेष स्वास्थ्य सेवा और वेलनेस डेस्टिनेशन के रूप में योजनाबद्ध किया गया है, सात गांवों तक फैली होगी। एलडीए सचिव सुशील प्रताप सिंह ने ग्रीन कॉरिडोर के पास परियोजना के स्थान और विकास लागत को ज़्यादा कीमत का कारण बताया। यह प्रस्तावित दर सौमित्र विहार और एलडीए की अपनी वरुण विहार, अनंत नगर और नैमिष नगर परियोजनाओं जैसी अन्य आने वाली स्कीमों से भी ज़्यादा है।
