The United Arab Emirates has suspended all flights operated by Iranian airlines, adhering to new US sanctions. This action follows the US Treasury Department's announcement of measures under 'Operation Economic Outcast' to impose financial strain on Iran. Consequently, flights to the UAE from Iran have been cancelled. Other countries like Georgia and Azerbaijan have also officially confirmed suspending flights to and from Iran, impacting international travel for Iranian carriers.
