Himachal Pradesh Horticulture Minister Jagat Singh Negi has directed officials to complete all activities for the HP SHIVA Project's first phase by February 28, 2027. The project, funded by the Asian Development Bank, aims to develop 3,000 hectares across seven districts, with 2,700 hectares already developed and plantation ongoing. The minister emphasized the procurement of high-quality plants and reviewed progress on infrastructure like solar fencing and irrigation. The second phase is also underway, with surveys progressing and detailed project reports submitted for technical approval.

हिमाचल प्रदेश के बागवानी मंत्री जगत सिंह नेगी ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया है कि HP SHIVA प्रोजेक्ट के पहले चरण की सभी गतिविधियाँ 28 फरवरी 2027 तक पूरी कर ली जाएँ। एशियन डेवलपमेंट बैंक द्वारा वित्त पोषित इस प्रोजेक्ट का लक्ष्य सात जिलों में 3,000 हेक्टेयर भूमि का विकास करना है, जिसमें से 2,700 हेक्टेयर भूमि पहले ही विकसित हो चुकी है और रोपण का काम चल रहा है। मंत्री ने उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले पौधों की खरीद पर जोर दिया और सौर बाड़बंदी और सिंचाई जैसी बुनियादी ढाँचे की प्रगति की समीक्षा की। दूसरे चरण का काम भी चल रहा है, जिसमें सर्वेक्षण प्रगति पर हैं और तकनीकी मंजूरी के लिए विस्तृत परियोजना रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की जा चुकी है।
