Haryana Boosts Lado Lakshmi Income Limit & Eases Ex-Agniveer Recruitment

The Haryana cabinet has increased the annual family income ceiling for the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1.80 lakh, bringing more women under its benefits. Eligible beneficiaries will now receive Rs 2,100 monthly, with amendments effective. Additionally, former Agniveers will be exempted from recruitment examinations for Group-C posts, including wildlife guard and constable roles. The state also doubled financial assistance for media personnel to Rs 5 lakh and streamlined fund allocation to local bodies.

हरियाणा कैबिनेट ने दीनदयाल लाडो लक्ष्मी योजना के लिए वार्षिक पारिवारिक आय की सीमा ₹1 लाख से बढ़ाकर ₹1.80 लाख कर दी है, जिससे अधिक महिलाओं को इसका लाभ मिलेगा। योग्य लाभार्थियों को अब ₹2,100 हर महीने मिलेंगे, और यह बदलाव तुरंत प्रभावी होगा। इसके अलावा, पूर्व अग्निवीरों को ग्रुप-सी पदों, जिनमें वन्यजीव गार्ड और कांस्टेबल की भूमिकाएं शामिल हैं, के लिए भर्ती परीक्षाओं से छूट दी जाएगी। राज्य ने मीडिया कर्मियों के लिए वित्तीय सहायता दोगुनी करके ₹5 लाख कर दी और स्थानीय निकायों को धन आवंटन को भी सुव्यवस्थित किया।
