Palnadu Police Enforce Prohibitory Orders Ahead Of Local Body Polls

Palnadu district police have enforced Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and Section 30 of the Police Act across the district. This is part of security measures ahead of upcoming local body elections. Political parties and candidates must obtain prior permission for public meetings, rallies, or using drone cameras. Carrying weapons and unlawful assembly of four or more persons are prohibited. The police have warned of strict action against violators and urged cooperation for peaceful elections.

पालनाडु जिला पुलिस ने आगामी स्थानीय निकाय चुनावों से पहले सुरक्षा उपायों के तहत पूरे जिले में भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता की धारा 163 और पुलिस अधिनियम की धारा 30 लागू कर दी है। राजनीतिक दलों और उम्मीदवारों को जनसभाओं, रैलियों या ड्रोन कैमरों के इस्तेमाल के लिए पहले अनुमति लेनी होगी। हथियार ले जाने और चार या अधिक लोगों के अवैध जमावड़े पर रोक लगा दी गई है। पुलिस ने उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की चेतावनी दी है और शांतिपूर्ण चुनावों के लिए सहयोग का आग्रह किया है।
