Rajasthan government has placed senior IAS officer Shikhar Agarwal, ACS, on Awaiting Posting Orders (APO). This action follows allegations that Agarwal, his IPS wife Prashakha Mathur, their sons, and parents-in-law purchased 40 villas and cottages from a single company, Goyal Fashions Private Limited. The family reportedly spent ₹6.16 crore on these properties in Ajabgarh and Bujhda. Subsequently, the family leased these properties back to the same company, generating an annual income of ₹1.80 crore. Agarwal previously held significant positions including ACS of Industries and Chairman of RIICO.

राजस्थान सरकार ने वरिष्ठ आईएएस अधिकारी शिखर अग्रवाल, ACS, को Awaiting Posting Orders (APO) पर रखा है। यह कार्रवाई अग्रवाल, उनकी आईपीएस पत्नी प्रशखा माथुर, उनके बेटों और ससुर-सास पर एक ही कंपनी, गोयल फैशन्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड से 40 विला और कॉटेज खरीदने के आरोपों के बाद हुई है। परिवार ने कथित तौर पर अजबगढ़ और भुजड़ा में इन संपत्तियों पर ₹6.16 करोड़ खर्च किए। इसके बाद, परिवार ने इन्हीं संपत्तियों को उसी कंपनी को लीज पर दे दिया, जिससे सालाना ₹1.80 करोड़ की आय हुई। अग्रवाल पहले इंडस्ट्रीज के ACS और RIICO के चेयरमैन जैसे महत्वपूर्ण पदों पर रह चुके हैं।
