ACC PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi will not attend the India-Pakistan gold medal match at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games 2026. He cited prior commitments for his absence on October 3rd. Naqvi extended his best wishes to all four teams competing in the gold and bronze medal matches. This decision resolves potential controversy surrounding his presence at the medal ceremony, following similar incidents during recent Asia Cups where Indian teams declined to accept trophies from him.
