Moneyboxx Finance Secures Rs 60 Crore via NCDs

Moneyboxx Finance has successfully raised Rs 60 crore through the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The funds were subscribed by Choice Finserv, Vakrangee, and Vivriti Capital, significantly bolstering the company's liquidity. This capital infusion is intended to accelerate growth across Moneyboxx's diversified lending platform. The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 10.75% and a two-year tenor, with ratings of BBB/Stable. The raised capital will support increased disbursements in MSME lending, livestock finance, rooftop solar finance, and digital lending.

मनीबॉक्स फाइनेंस ने नॉन-कन्वर्टिबल डिबेंचर्स (NCDs) जारी करके 60 करोड़ रुपये सफलतापूर्वक जुटाए हैं। इन फंडों की सदस्यता चॉइस फिनसर्व, वाकरंगी और विवृत्ति कैपिटल ने ली है, जिससे कंपनी की लिक्विडिटी में काफी मजबूती आई है। इस पूंजी निवेश का उद्देश्य मनीबॉक्स के विविध लेंडिंग प्लेटफॉर्म में ग्रोथ को तेज करना है। NCDs पर 10.75% का कूपन रेट और दो साल की अवधि है, जिनकी रेटिंग BBB/Stable है। जुटाई गई पूंजी MSME लेंडिंग, पशुधन फाइनेंस, रूफटॉप सोलर फाइनेंस और डिजिटल लेंडिंग में अधिक वितरण का समर्थन करेगी।
