Yemen Clashes Kill 48 in 24 Hours

At least 48 people have died in southern Yemen over the past 24 hours due to clashes between government forces and the Ansar Allah movement, also known as Houthis. Military sources from both sides reported the casualties, with government sources stating 17 troops were killed and Houthi sources reporting 31 of their fighters died. The fighting is occurring on the border between Lahij and Taiz provinces.
