The incident occurred, when Parihar went to the shop of Nilesh Agarwal to retrieve a TV that had been under repair for two months. An argument escalated when Agarwal explained the delay was due to his illness. Parihar, claiming to be retired from the army, allegedly fired multiple shots, fatally wounding Agarwal.
