उज्जैन की शाही मस्जिद के एक हिस्से को लेकर चल रहा विवाद इंदौर हाई कोर्ट में हुए समझौते से सुलझ गया है। कोर्ट ने एक सेटलमेंट को मंजूरी दी है, जिसके तहत मस्जिद के करीब तीन फीट निर्माण और एक दुकान को हटाया जाएगा। यह समझौता तब हुआ जब याचिकाकर्ता ने शुरू में 9.5 फीट के बड़े हिस्से को गिराने की मांग की थी। दोनों पक्षों के बीच हुई बातचीत से यह समाधान निकला, जिसके बाद कोर्ट ने याचिका खारिज कर दी। इस फैसले से मामला और आगे बढ़ने से बच गया और अतिक्रमण का मुद्दा मिलजुलकर हल हो गया।
