Meta is facing a lawsuit in the US filed by parents and children. They allege the company used their Facebook and Instagram photos without consent. This data was reportedly used to train NameTag, an unreleased facial recognition system for Meta's new AI glasses. The lawsuit claims this usage violates privacy rights by exploiting personal images for AI development without explicit permission.
