Ceigall India's board has approved the acquisition of 100% shares in Jam Khambhaliya Jamnagar Power Transmission (JKJTL), a subsidiary of REC Power Development and Consultancy. This strategic move, approved on September 11, 2026, also includes an investment by subscribing to a 49% equity stake in a proposed Joint Venture Company. The acquisition of the project SPV signifies a significant expansion for Ceigall India in the power transmission sector.
