Bengaluru Police Seize Meth Worth Rs 10.6 Lakh

Bengaluru police have arrested two drug peddlers and seized 106 grams of methamphetamine valued at approximately Rs 10.6 lakh. The arrests were made in the BDA Shivaram Karanth Layout following a tip-off. Authorities also confiscated a car, a digital weighing scale, two mobile phones, and cash from the accused. The peddlers confessed to sourcing the drugs from a Nigerian national and using local stalls for their operations. A case has been registered under the NDPS Act.

बेंगलुरु पुलिस ने दो ड्रग तस्करों को गिरफ्तार किया है और लगभग 10.6 लाख रुपये की कीमत का 106 ग्राम मेथामफेटामाइन जब्त किया है। यह गिरफ्तारी सूचना मिलने के बाद बीडीए शिवराम करंथ लेआउट में की गई। पुलिस ने आरोपियों के पास से एक कार, एक डिजिटल वजन मशीन, दो मोबाइल फोन और नकदी भी जब्त की है। तस्करों ने कबूल किया कि वे ड्रग्स एक नाइजीरियाई नागरिक से खरीदते थे और अपने काम के लिए स्थानीय ठेलों का इस्तेमाल करते थे। एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
