Houston Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair honored slain Palestinian sisters Lana and Bana Ahmad by wearing their names on his eye black during an NFL game against the Indianapolis Colts. This action follows previous fines and warnings from the NFL for similar tributes to Palestinian children. Al-Shaair has consistently used his platform to speak about the plight of Palestinians, despite league sanctions. He previously wore the name of another child, Hind Rajab, and was fined for displaying "Stop The Genocide" on his nose tape.
