विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिश्री ने SEMICON India 2026 में कहा कि सेमीकंडक्टर में आत्मनिर्भरता का मतलब सब कुछ खुद बनाना नहीं है। उन्होंने जोर दिया कि असली मौका सही पार्टनर चुनने में है, क्योंकि कोई भी देश अकेले चिप्स नहीं बनाता। ताइवान भी बाहरी संसाधनों पर निर्भर है। मिश्री ने बताया कि भारत जैसे देशों के लिए वैश्विक सप्लाई चेन, विविधीकरण, तकनीकी दौड़ और मानक तय करने के लिए अंतरराष्ट्रीय सहयोग जरूरी है।
