DRDO Successfully Tests Indigenous 'Pralay' Missile With 500 KM Range

DRDO has successfully test-fired the indigenously developed 'Pralay' quasi-ballistic missile. The test occurred morning from Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Island off the coast of Odisha, with the missile meeting all stipulated objectives. 'Pralay' has a range of 150 to 500 km and can carry a payload of 50 kg to 1,000 kg. Developed with indigenous technology, this successful trial paves the way for its induction into the Indian Army, enhancing defence capabilities.
