DDA को अपनी हाउसिंग स्कीम पर ज़बरदस्त प्रतिक्रिया मिली है, जिसमें नरेला में 2,500 से ज़्यादा LIG फ्लैट बुकिंग शुरू होने के दो घंटे के अंदर बिक गए। हाउसिंग इन्वेस्टमेंट प्लान 2026 के तहत पेश किए गए ये फ्लैट ₹14.95 लाख से शुरू हो रहे थे और इनमें 25% की छूट भी शामिल थी। DDA नरेला को शिक्षा, संस्थानों और खेल के केंद्र के रूप में विकसित कर रहा है, जिसका लक्ष्य बेहतर बुनियादी ढांचे और कनेक्टिविटी के साथ सुनियोजित शहरी विकास है। तेज़ी से हुई बुकिंग दिल्ली में किफायती घरों की ज़बरदस्त मांग को दर्शाती है।
