Sony has launched the MDR-3R, a new pair of wired USB-C headphones inspired by its original 1979 Walkman model. The headphones feature a lightweight, open-ear design and a metal headband, retaining the retro aesthetic of the MDR-3. They include 23mm drivers, a built-in microphone, and an in-line remote for controls. The USB-C connection eliminates the need for Bluetooth pairing or charging. A limited-edition Stranger Things variant is also available, priced higher than the standard model.
