Punjab Police Arrest Over 25,000 In Anti-Drug Drive

Punjab Police have arrested over 25,000 individuals as part of a major anti-drug campaign, acting on 51,979 tip-offs. During the operation, authorities seized significant quantities of narcotics, including 3,757 kg of heroin, 964 kg of opium, 45 tonnes of poppy husk, 1,288 kg of ganja, and 71 kg of methamphetamine.

पंजाब पुलिस ने बड़े पैमाने पर नशा विरोधी अभियान चलाकर 25,000 से ज़्यादा लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। उन्हें 51,979 सूचनाएं मिली थीं। इस कार्रवाई में पुलिस ने 3,757 किलो हेरोइन, 964 किलो अफीम, 45 टन पोस्त का भूसा, 1,288 किलो गांजा और 71 किलो मेथामफेटामाइन जैसे भारी मात्रा में नशीले पदार्थ जब्त किए हैं।
