She declined to share specifics due to upcoming Union Budget preparations in February. She emphasized the government's commitment to maintaining strong economic fundamentals and attracting private capital to key sectors.

वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने कहा कि वह स्टॉक मार्केट टैक्स पर चल रही बहस, जिसमें लॉन्ग-टर्म कैपिटल गेन और सिक्योरिटीज ट्रांजेक्शन टैक्स शामिल हैं, को सुनने के लिए उत्सुक हैं। उन्होंने फरवरी में आने वाले यूनियन बजट की तैयारियों के कारण कोई खास जानकारी देने से इनकार कर दिया। सीतारमण ने रुपये की अस्थिरता पर भी बात की और कहा कि RBI इसे किसी खास स्तर पर तय किए बिना प्रबंधित करने की कोशिश कर रहा है। उन्होंने सरकार की मजबूत आर्थिक बुनियाद बनाए रखने और प्रमुख क्षेत्रों में निजी पूंजी आकर्षित करने की प्रतिबद्धता पर जोर दिया।
