Hyderabad to Host Global Congress on Sickle Cell Disease and Thalassemia

Hyderabad will host the 4th Global Action Network for Sickle Cell and Other Inherited Blood Disorders (GANSID) Congress from October 23 to 25. The event will take place at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre and is expected to draw approximately 700 delegates. Attendees will include medical specialists, researchers, healthcare professionals, patient advocates, policymakers, and community representatives from 27 countries. Discussions will focus on sickle cell anaemia, thalassemia, and other inherited blood disorders, fostering collaboration to address these critical health issues.

हैदराबाद 23 से 25 अक्टूबर तक सिकल सेल और अन्य वंशानुगत रक्त विकारों के लिए 4वें ग्लोबल एक्शन नेटवर्क (GANSID) कांग्रेस की मेजबानी करेगा। यह कार्यक्रम हैदराबाद इंटरनेशनल कन्वेंशन सेंटर में होगा और इसमें लगभग 700 प्रतिनिधियों के आने की उम्मीद है। उपस्थित लोगों में 27 देशों के चिकित्सा विशेषज्ञ, शोधकर्ता, स्वास्थ्य पेशेवर, रोगी अधिवक्ता, नीति निर्माता और सामुदायिक प्रतिनिधि शामिल होंगे। चर्चा सिकल सेल एनीमिया, थैलेसीमिया और अन्य वंशानुगत रक्त विकारों पर केंद्रित होगी, जिससे इन गंभीर स्वास्थ्य मुद्दों को हल करने के लिए सहयोग को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
