SS Rajamouli's ambitious film 'Varanasi', touted as one of Indian cinema's biggest projects, is nearing the end of its shooting schedule. The pan-world action-adventure film boasts a star-studded cast including Mahesh Babu as Rudra and Priyanka Chopra as Mandakini, with Prithviraj Sukumaran playing the villain. Producer SS Karthikeya has revealed that only a few days of shooting remain, with post-production also underway. The film, reportedly made on a budget of ₹1200-1300 crore, is slated for release, with completion expected by January 2027.
