BJP Alleges IUML, Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Controlling Kerala Govt

Surendran has alleged that the Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) and Jamaat-e-Islami Hind are controlling the current United Democratic Front (UDF) government in Kerala. He stated that Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan is effectively a hostage to these organisations, which he claims are making governance decisions. Surendran pointed to the IUML securing multiple Cabinet positions as evidence of their influence. He further accused the government of failing to deliver on promises and instead creating conflicts.

भारतीय जनता पार्टी (BJP) के राष्ट्रीय सचिव के. सुरेंद्रन ने आरोप लगाया है कि इंडियन यूनियन मुस्लिम लीग (IUML) और जमात-ए-इस्लामी हिंद केरल में मौजूदा यूनाइटेड डेमोक्रेटिक फ्रंट (UDF) सरकार को नियंत्रित कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री वी. डी. सतीसन इन संगठनों के बंधक बने हुए हैं, जो उनके अनुसार शासन संबंधी निर्णय ले रहे हैं। सुरेंद्रन ने IUML द्वारा कई कैबिनेट पदों पर कब्जा करने को उनके प्रभाव के प्रमाण के तौर पर पेश किया। उन्होंने आगे सरकार पर वादे पूरे करने में विफल रहने और इसके बजाय संघर्ष पैदा करने का आरोप लगाया।
