हैदराबाद के हिंदू कलाकार अनिल कुमार चौहान ने मस्जिदों और दरगाहों को अपनी कैलीग्राफी से सजाने में तीन दशक से ज़्यादा वक़्त बिताया है। उन्होंने तेलंगाना और भारत की 100 से ज़्यादा बड़ी मस्जिदों और मज़ारों को पवित्र कुरान की आयतों से सजाया है। चौहान का सफर एक साइन पेंटर के तौर पर शुरू हुआ था, जो बाद में नस्तालीक और थुलुथ जैसी अरबी लिपियों के माहिर बन गए। कैलीग्राफी के अलावा, वह एक कुशल नात ख्वान भी हैं, जो भक्ति कविताएं सुनाते हैं। उनका काम कला की धार्मिक सीमाओं को पार करने की क्षमता का एक उदाहरण है, जो एकता और सम्मान को बढ़ावा देता है।
