Nanded Collector Warns Officials Against Unauthorised Leave

Nanded district collector Rahul Kardile has issued a stern warning to officials, stating that leaving headquarters without prior written permission will result in immediate suspension, a departmental inquiry, and a criminal FIR. The order, invoking the Disaster Management Act, 2005, makes the collector the sole authority for sanctioning leave. Kardile emphasized the need for officers to remain available to assist farmers facing severe distress due to the grave drought situation.

नांदेड़ ज़िले के कलेक्टर राहुल कार्डीले ने अधिकारियों को कड़ी चेतावनी दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि बिना लिखित इजाज़त के मुख्यालय छोड़ने पर तुरंत सस्पेंशन, विभागीय जांच और एफआईआर होगी। यह आदेश डिजास्टर मैनेजमेंट एक्ट, 2005 के तहत है, जिसमें कलेक्टर ही छुट्टी मंज़ूर करेंगे। कार्डीले ने कहा कि सूखे से परेशान किसानों की मदद के लिए अधिकारियों का मौजूद रहना ज़रूरी है।
