IMD has issued a high alert for heavy rainfall and strong winds in six key regions, including southern states. Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala, Mahe, Lakshadweep, and coastal Andhra Pradesh are expected to experience significant weather disturbances. Delhi NCR, however, will remain dry and clear with sunshine. Coastal areas and fishermen are advised to exercise extreme caution due to the turbulent conditions.
