Formula One drivers Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton have voiced concerns about the Singapore Grand Prix's Marina Bay Street Circuit, suggesting it is unsuitable for sprint races due to difficulties with overtaking. Verstappen, who won the sprint, stated that the track's design, with minimal overtaking opportunities and ineffective overtake modes, necessitates changes like longer straights. Hamilton echoed these sentiments, noting that while enjoyable for qualifying, the circuit offers few chances for race-day passes.
