Hollywood actor Sofía Vergara has sold her Tuscan-style Beverly Hills estate for $13.7 million, nearly two years after it was first listed. Vergara originally purchased the 11,000-square-foot property for $10.6 million in 2014 and renovated it with her then-husband Joe Manganiello. The estate, featuring seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, was initially listed for $19.6 million in July 2022 but saw its price reduced multiple times. The final sale price was $3.1 million more than her purchase price but nearly $6 million below the initial asking price.
